Can I switch plans anytime?+
Yes — upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from your billing settings. Changes prorate automatically.
Is there a free trial of Pro?+
The Free plan is permanent, not a trial. You can also test Pro for 14 days at signup if you prefer the upgraded limits up front.
What happens if I cancel?+
Your account drops to Free at the end of the current billing period. Projects and connected accounts beyond Free limits stay viewable but read-only until you reactivate or delete them.
Do you offer annual discounts?+
Yes — 20% off when paid annually on Pro and Team plans.
Can students or non-profits get a discount?+
Yes — verified students get 50% off Pro; registered non-profits get 30% off Team. Contact us with proof of status.
How do connected social accounts count?+
Each connected platform account is one. Your Instagram and your Instagram-Reels-from-the-same-page count as one. A second Instagram profile would count as two.
