What is an AI credit?
A credit is how we meter AI work — one credit is about one cent of the AI cost behind an action. A caption costs 1 credit, a cover image 2, transcription 1 per two minutes. Everything that does not cost us per use — scheduling, the sound library, exports without AI — is not metered at all.
Is the free plan really free?
Yes, permanently, and it is not a trial. You get 5 social channels, unlimited scheduled posts and unlimited projects, plus 50 AI credits to start then 10 each month. Two limits keep it free: X (which charges per post) needs a paid plan, and free exports carry a small "Made with videoToReels.com" line.
How do social channels count?
Each connected platform account is one channel, and the allowance is per workspace. So Studio gives you 3 workspaces with 20 channels each — 60 in total.
Can I switch plans anytime?
Yes — upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time from your billing settings. If you cancel, you keep full access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes — pay yearly and you get two months free on every paid plan.
What happens if I run out of credits?
Nothing breaks. Scheduling, publishing and everything else that is not AI keeps working; the AI actions pause until your credits reset next month, or you can top up.
